Proof of Purchase
We will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order.
Payment Methods
Industrial Equipment Company allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. You even can combine more than one payment method for a single purchase. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.
Credit Cards
Whether you order online or phone in your order to us,
you may pay by credit card. When you
provide us with your card information, we will bill your credit card
upon your submitting the order.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards
are accepted and process by Industrial Equipment Company.
Industrial Equipment Company requires the credit security code for your card for any telephone or online
purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your
credit card by other persons. The security code is an
individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card
that may be printed on the face of your card above the
embossed account number (if American Express), or on the
back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa,
MasterCard or Discover).
Cashier's Check or Money Order
Industrial Equipment Company accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are also accepted. The check must be payable to Industrial Equipment Company and include your web order number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your order acknowledgment to:

We must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or we will cancel your order. Please allow one business day for order processing after We receive your payment.
Wire Transfer
Industrial Equipment Company accepts bank wire transfers as a valid
form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to
pay for your order, please follow these steps:
- Contact Industrial Equipment Company at 1-800-275-3181 and place an order by phone.
- Obtain the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges from Industrial Equipment Company representative.
- Obtain the bank information from our representative.
- Have your bank electronically transfer the total dollar amount of your order.
- Reference your web order number with your payment.
If your bank representative has questions, please ask him or her to contact us at 1-800-275-3181. Please allow at least one business day for the processing of your wire transfer as processing time varies among banking institutions and wire transfers can be delayed due to institution policies. A special wire transfer fee may apply.
Sales Tax
In addition to the price of your purchases, Industrial Equipment Company will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If you phone in your order, Industrial Equipment Company sales representative will provide an estimated dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply. The proof of purchase that Industrial Equipment Company mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
Tax-Exempt Orders
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call us at 1-800-275-3181. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Industrial Equipment Company does not begin payment processing until we receive all the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card.
Industrial Equipment Company will begin payment processing for orders placed on
weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days
are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 2:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

Prices
Industrial Equipment Company endeavors to offer you competitive prices
on current Kim Hotstart products and third-party products. Your total
order price will include the price of the product on the day
of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping
charges. Industrial Equipment Company reserves the right to change prices for
products displayed at Industrial Equipment Company at any time and
particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the
Store.
Should Industrial Equipment Company reduce its price on any shipped product within 14 calendar days of shipment, you may contact Sales Support at 1-800-275-3181 to request a credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the credit you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the price change.
Product Availability
Industrial Equipment Company makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by Industrial Equipment Company. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.
Although Industrial Equipment Company makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

All Industrial Equipment Company hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review the Limited Warranty on new products, including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase, as stated below.
Products must be installed and maintained in accordance with Kim Hotstart Manufacturing Company, Inc. instructions. Users are responsible for the suitability of the products to their application. There is no warranty against damage resulting from corrosion, misapplication, improper specification or other operating conditions beyond our control. Claims against carriers for damage in transit must be filed by the buyer.Absolutely no material can be returned to Industrial Equipment Company or Industrial Equipment Company without prior authorization. All returns must have authorization and require freight prepaid. Non-warranty Returns are subject to a re-stocking charge. Defective items will be repaired or replaced, at our option, at no charge. Such repair or replacements is the exclusive
right of Industrial Equipment Company. Industrial Equipment Company is not liable for
labor costs incurred in removal, reinstallation, or unauthorized repair of the product or for damage of any type
whatsoever including incidental or consequential damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the preceding limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
By purchasing at Industrial Equipment Company, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.
